Tt eSPORTS TF2 Challenge Comes to an close!

Last week saw the Grand Final of the Tt eSPORTS Team Fortress 2 Challenge Partnered with Caseking and while the final itself was somewhat short-lived, the 95 or so matches have provided us with feast of highlights!

We had the mysterious unseeded clan ? progressing as far as the final 10, Royze of team k1ck clutching 4 opponents with but a modified bonesaw and a wheelbarrow full of syringes, and perhaps most surprisingly of all, the mighty Team Dignitas losing 2 matches in 3 days!

Not to mention Byte's devious traps, redCode's resurgent comebacks, Tt's golden cap (shortest ever streamed TF2 match), TOOSTRONG's capital letters and of course PwR's alarming consistency, overall it's been a fantastic two weeks!

"Thanks to Tt eSPORTS for making this awesome TF2 cup happen which gathered quite a lot of teams to fight for fame and glory and of course nice prize pot as well. We had an interesting journey to the finals with the upper bracket final game against dignitas proving to be the tightest game in this cup for us. It went to a decider map which we managed to win thanks to game changing sniper action from cookye. Adrenaline was pumping a lot harder in the grand finals even though we knew we only had to win one map. Knowing TCM's good form and our lack of performing well in badlands these few weeks made us discuss some counter tactics to handle their superb play in cp_badlands middles. Quite passive play from our heavy classes seemed to work really well and we managed to win that map 4-1."

"The tournament overall was a huge success and myself and the TF2 community combined can not thank Tt eSPORTS more than enough for supporting TF2. TCM Gaming like to always participate in all ESH tournaments. The admin did a very good job, it was organized well and prompt. Hopefully Tt will consider sponsoring more tournaments and supporting Team Fortress 2! Pwr Gaming were the better team on the night and deserved to win 1st prize, a generous $500!!"
